BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY

  •  Appointment bookings are necessary – no walk-ins will be accepted at this time.

  • A booking deposit of $50 will be taken for all bookings over 1 hour. If you are unable to pay the booking deposit at the time of booking, your appointment will be moved to the cancellation/waiting list for the same day you requested.

  • Your booking is not confirmed unless the booking deposit is paid.

  • Booking deposits can only be paid by credit/debit card. We do not retain credit card details.

  • Booking deposits are NOT fees – the deposit is yours to use at your appointment or to roll-over to your following appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, your booking deposit will be forfeited. NB this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you cancel on the day of your appointment or need to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the service. NB this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you fail to respond to the SMS reminder service or there is no other contact, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking deposit forfeited.

  • “No shows” will be charged the full service fee. They will also be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.

  • Honey & Muse reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments – the cancellation policy will apply.

IMPORTANT

  • We offer an SMS reminder service – we will text you to confirm your appointment ahead of time. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm YES or contact us for a new appointment time. We will endeavour to contact you via an alternative method if you do not reply.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time – this is essential to give us ample time to perform your treatment & answer any questions you may have.

  • If you are running late, please let us know via phone. We will do everything we can to accommodate you; however, we may need to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the full service, which will require a further booking.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing/jewellery to your appointment (nothing of high value!) as items can get occasionally get damaged during the treatment process. Honey & Muse will not be held liable for any clothing/jewellery damage.
